基于 RS-TOPSIS 法的地下采场爆破效果评价

         

摘要

Based on the shortcoming of the present blasting effect evaluation methods,a method of order prefer-ence by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)on multi-objective decision theory was used to evaluate the blasting effect of underground stope. Three main factors,including boulder yield,caved ore per meter and specific charge of explosives were selected as evaluation indicators of underground stope blasting effect. Based on rough set,the weight of evaluation indicators was confirmed by calculating rough dependability between evaluation indicators and evalua-tion results. Taking 20 classical blasting data of one underground lead-zinc mine as learning samples,four typical samples of different grades based on the single index classification interval lower limit were structured;the classifica-tion interval was determined through the calculation relative closeness degree between typical samples and the posi-tive ideal solution;finally,the RS-TOPSIS model was established for underground stope blasting effect evaluation and 20 sample were tested. The established model was applied to the lead-zinc mine blasting effect evaluation. The prac-tice varied the advantages of RS-TOPSIS model for the strong-maneuverability,good-inheritance,accuracy and effi-ciency,which was of practical value to evaluate the blasting effect in underground mining.%针对目前爆破效果评价方法的不足,将多目标决策理论中的逼近理想解排序法( TOPSIS)运用于地下采场爆破效果评价中,选取大块率、每米崩矿量和炸药单耗3个主要影响因素作为地下采场爆破效果评价指标,基于粗糙集理论(RS),通过计算评价指标与评判结果的粗糙依赖度确定评价指标的权重。以某地下铅锌矿20个典型采场爆破数据作为学习样本,依据单指标分类区间下限构造4个不同等级的典型样本,通过计算典型样本与正理想解的相对贴近度确定分类区间,构建 RS-TOPSIS 地下采场爆破效果评价模型,并逐一对20组学习样本进行检验。将所建立的模型应用于该铅锌矿近期采场爆破效果评价的实践表明,RS-TOPSIS 模型具有可操作性强、继承性好、准确性和高效性等优点,该方法具有工程实用价值,可以运用于地下采场爆破效果评价。
