Objective To obtain and classify the representative outlines of maxillary central incisors .Methods The labial surface image data of one hundred and seventy-seven maxillary central incisors was collected .Software Tps and sliding semilandmarks were used to get the outline data of all samples .The mean shape of all samples was obtained by using procrustes superimposition methods .All samples was classified by cluster analysis of K-means.The representative mean shape of samples of each group was gained via thin plate spline .Results The mean shape of all samples was obtained .All samples were classified into three groups , A, B and C by using cluster analysis of K-means.The number of each group was 57,46,74 and the representative mean shape of each group was obtained .Conclusion It is feasible to classify maxillary central incisors and calculate their representative shape by using geometric morphometrics , which provides the theoretical basis for developing the standard crown outline data of maxillary central incisors in CAD /CAM.%目的 运用几何形态测量学方法获得代表性的上颌中切牙形态并进行分类.方法 获取177例上颌中切牙唇面图像数据,在Tps软件中运用滑动半标志点法得到所有样本轮廓外形的数据,利用普罗克拉斯提重叠法获得所有样本的平均形状,通过K均值聚类分析法对全部样本进行分类,使用薄板样条函数方法得到每组样本的代表性平均形状.结果 获得所有样本的总平均形状.K均值聚类分析将所有样本分为A、B、C3组.样本数分别为57,46,74,同时获得每组样本的代表性平均形状.结论 运用几何形态测量学方法可以对上颌中切牙进行分类并计算出具有代表性的中切牙形态,为计算机辅助设计系统中中切牙标准冠外形数据的开发提供理论依据.
