试论服务型政府建设与政府管理方式的转变

摘要

目前,吉林省的服务型政府建设还处在一个不断探索的阶段,成效与问题并存。因此,只有充分认识吉林省服务型政府建设取得的成效,才能科学地分析其中存在的主要问题,进而提出行之有效的对策及建议。%The construction of service-oriented government in Jilin province is still at the exploration stage,positive results and problems coexist now. Only by fully understand the basic meaning,present situation and characteristics of service-oriented government of Jilin province,we can scientifically analyze the main problems existed and advance effective countermeasures and suggestions.
