基于NAH的变速箱声源识别及辐射特性试验研究

         

摘要

The method of near-field acoustic holography(NAH) was applied to identify the noise source of a certain vehicle gearbox.The main internal excitation sources and the external radiation sources of noise were located by analyzing sound power spectra and holograms of the gearbox surfaces.On that basis,main rules and influence factors of the noise radiation were obtained through discussing radiation characteristics of the gearbox.The experimental research lays a solid foundation for the further research of noise reduction of the gearbox.%运用近场声全息法对某型车辆变速箱进行了噪声源识别试验,得到了不同工况下箱体表面辐射噪声的声功率谱和全息图,分析并确定了变速箱噪声的主要内部激励源和外部辐射源.并在此基础上对箱体的噪声辐射特性进行了详细研究,得到了变速箱体噪声辐射的主要规律及其影响因素,为进一步进行变速箱的降噪研究奠定了良好的基础.
