关于蒙特利尔议定书缔约方第三十九次会议文件的英汉翻译报告

摘要

2017年7月，联合国环境规划署在泰国曼谷召开了关于消耗臭氧层物质的蒙特利尔议定书缔约方不限成员名额工作组第三十九次会议，笔者有幸参与了此次会议文件的英汉翻译工作，并得到中国对外翻译有限公司资深翻译陈晓光先生的悉心指导。因原文属于联合国文件，具有准确、客观、庄重的语言特点，故试图借助语义翻译和交际翻译理论完成该项翻译任务，基于此次翻译实践，笔者完成了本翻译报告。
　　本报告首先介绍了翻译任务，并从译前、初译、校对三方面回顾了整个翻译过程;其次，笔者分析了源语文本的语言特点，以确定适当的翻译方法;然后介绍了语义翻译和交际翻译理论，并探讨了该理论对此项翻译任务的适用性;最后，从词汇和句法两个层面，进行具体的案例分析，并最终得出结论:语义翻译和交际翻译理论对翻译此类文本具有一定的指导意义。
