摘要

这项研究考察了组织氛围对塞博科医院员工参与度的影响。它还考察了组织氛围与员工参与度之间关系的服务导向的调节作用。本文主要采用定量方法来分析数据。该研究的结果基于从塞博科医院58名员工收集的自填问卷。标准多元回归分析证明,组织氛围可以影响员工参与度。标准多元回归分析进一步表明,服务导向调节了组织氛围和员工参与度之间的关系。同时,本文讨论了它对管理的影响。
