摘要

In this paper, experiments of simulating flue gas purification are carried using the HWSCESP (The combined type electric precipitator with high wind speed) system self-designed, and dust collection mechanism is discussed. The influence roles of the factors to dust collection efficiency are examined,such as initial dust density, working voltage, effective dust collection area and wind speed of flue gas. From the experiment results, the dust collection efficiency can be up to above 95%, when the processing amount of flue gas is 3860m~3/h, wind speed of flue gas is 1.75m/s, initial dust density is 5g/m~3, working voltage is 47kV, and effective dust collection area is 14.5m~2.
