The world is in the midst of a revolution in the wayrnbusinesses perform commerce. Many industries whornwere in the past relatively low tech are now findingrnthemselves in a situation where they must embracerntechnology and prepare to compete head-on using ECommerce.rnThis paradigm shift in thinking andrncompetition is creating opportunities and chaos. Thisrnpaper examines the innovation capability of organizationsrnin evaluating and deploying their E-Commerce strategies.rnAn Innovation Strategy Model is used in this research asrnthe theoretical foundation. The case study and surveyrnresearch methodologies were selected. Data gatheringrnand analysis are in progress. Preliminary results arerndiscussed in this paper.
