摘要

As a result of the investigations performed, we propose complex ecological monitoring of the processes for microbiological remediation of soils, contaminated by heavy metals and radionuclides including: 1) use of luminescent bacterial biosensors for heavy metal detection; 2) microbiological extraction (leaching) of heavy metals and radionuclides from contaminated soil under the action of bacteria produced metabolites with complex-forming activity in respect to heavy metals and radionuclides.
