Combination of Novel HER2 Targeting Antibody 1A12 with Trastuzumab Shows Synergistic Antitumor Activity in HER2 Positive Gastric Cancer

摘要

The synergistic interaction of two antibodies targeting the same protein gives the potential to develop superior therapies to a number of well-established anti-cancer targets. We describe the development of 1A12, a HER2-targeted monoclonal antibody showing highly synergistic anti-tumor effects in combination with trastuzumab.
