摘要

Recently, sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) have been considered attractive alternative energy storage systems to lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) for stationary applications due to the cost and availability of sodium precursor. However, in spite of the analogue reaction of LIB technology, the larger ionic radius of sodium than lithium limits the reduced capacity and rate performance of the SIBs. Thus, it is the key requirement to find the suitable the electrode materials of the sodium storage for the successful development of this technology.
