Based on the study on the recent years construction of freeway,the paper figures out the engineering technology quality control on constructing spot.The engineering technology quality control on constructing spot include:quality thinking,building construction site lab.checking on spot,encouragement and punishment,and so on. In china there are more and more build freeways recent years ,the paper figures out that the construction of freeway engineering technology quality control must be enhanced from the technology to management.The steady technology and advanced management are the important parts of the freeway construction management. The steady technology needs improve the hardware and software quality,and the advanced management needs outstanding staff.
