Micro-flocculation and continuous microfiltration (CMF) processes were used for pretreatment of reverse osmosis (RO), Using CMF and RO techniques, petrochemical wastewater after secondary treatment was regenerated. The conductivity of the treated wastewater is below 100 μs/cm, oil is below 1 mg/L, turbidity is below 0.5 NTU, SDI is below 3, and the wastewaters all meet the requirement of RO inlet water. The conductivity of the treated wastewater is below 100 μs/cm, the desalinization rate of RO system is above 98%. Completely reach the water standard of the makeup water in the boiler.
