Study on extract protein from long-term room temperature storage of wheat straw,utilize L _9(3~4) Orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor test.Study the impact of extraction time,ext raction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on protein extraction yield of wheat straw.Result show fact ors affect wheat straw protein extraction rate in the order of extraction time>extraction temperature> liquid ratio>blank test,the optimal conditions is 50 °C, the solid-liquid ratio 1:20 extract for 12 hours. Measured extraction yield is 21.761%.
机译:小麦秸秆长期室温储存提取蛋白的研究,利用单因素试验的L _9(3〜4)正交实验。提取时间,抗升温温度和固液比对蛋白质的影响麦秸的提取产量。结果表明事实或者影响小麦秸秆蛋白提取率为萃取时间>提取温度>液体比>空白试验,最佳条件为50°C,固体比例1:20提取物12小时。测量的提取产率为21.761%。
