As textile industrial and glass paper-making materials, dissolving pulps are scarce in China and a great deal of dissolving pulps are imported in the recent years. Currently different fiber materials are tried to produce dissolving pulp in China. In this research work the hydrolysis parameters of the fast-growing poplar based dissolving pulp producing were investigated .And the chemical composition of pulp after hydrolysis were also analyzed, the experimental results showed that the optimal hydrolysis conditions were acid dosage in the range from 0.015% to 0.035%, wood-to-liquor ratio 1:6.5, and the temperature 130 ° C. The pentosan content of the pulp after hydrolysis in this hydrolysis conditions was in range of 0.62%-23.16%, which decreased by 23.01%. And the cellulose content slightly changed. Dissolving pulp is filtered pulp, which is mainly used for viscose fiber production. In three textile materials, natural fiber yield (in particular cotton)is restrained by farming area reduction and the increase of production cost; Synthetic fiber is difficult to degradation and comfortable degree is insufficient, so the demand is restricted~[1,2,3]; however ,the increase of global population and economic growth improve the overall demand for textile materials. Then this brings the demand growth space for the third kind of textile material ~ viscose staple fiber. Because European and American countries on environmental requirements are high, In the world more than 60% textile industries concentrated in china~[4,5,6]. Dissolving pulp as the raw material of fibranne, at present domestic dissolving pulp production capacity isdifficultto meet customer's demand, which results in that the price will go tall continuously. In recent years, although many product lines have putted into production at home, the raw materials are still limited. So making dissolving pulp with the fast-growing wood becomes very urgent.
