The generation of HIV-1 drug resistant strains depends on either the inability pf HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT) to proofread nucleotide sequences during replication or the genetic recombination when different viruses infect the same cell [1-3]. Drmg resistance is the main problem and the eradication of HIV-1 infection from the host is not long-term effective Many efforts have been done to develop new compounds able to block the HIV-1 replication. Currently, most of the treatments used in clinical practice are aimed to inhibit the HIV-1 enzymes.
