摘要

New grade plans adapted to Bologna have been included in the University School at Forestry Engineering (in the Technical University of Madrid)this year, 2010-2011. These new plans imply new ways of teaching and learning and involve important changes in University. In this context, it can be seen that quite often enterprises demand people with great capacity of dialogue, able to work in group… and University frequently offers technically well qualified students but not always well prepared in those aspects. Moreover, it is not very strange to see that under a good curriculum, there is not always a good professional, a professional who can manage different situations, moreover under a crisis situation like we are actually living. University cannot close its eyes to this demand, and in that way the Forestry Engineering School has been offering a seminary these last two years to form in these abilities, and develop different tools to improve them. Actually, in 2010-2011, Forestry Engineering School is working on tutoring and coaching trying to incorporate them in new grades adapted to Bologna, and has obtained an Innovation Project, where the influence of these programs is being analyzed.
