摘要

The effects of radiation on Arabidopsis thaliana were investigated using 6 MeV gamma rays produced by a linear accelerator. Photosynthesis and respiration rates, chlorophyll fluorescence, plant height, total leaf area and above-ground biomass were measured for analysis. The results suggest that single and dual irradiations of the same total dose have different biological effects on samples and the life stage of irradiation is a key factor in coping to a radiation damage.
