Study on the Application of Atmospheric Environmental Carrying Capacity in Planing Environmental Impact Assessment: case study of the Nansha Area Development Planning EIA of Guangzhou, China
Based on the application of Atmospheric Environment Carrying Capacity (AECC) in regional development planning, it is useful to optimize the planning in the view of environment protection, thereby alleviating negative effects caused by unreasonable industrial structure and high energy-consuming economic growth mode. This study concentrated on systematic analysis of the conception, indicators and application procedure of AECC which was applied in the Nansha area development planning environmental impact assessment (PEIA).
