摘要

Intact mass analysis was consistent with the theoretical molecular weight of the reported sequence with two disulfide bonds (Mass Error < 5 ppm). The MS/MS fragment map generated by CID, HCD, and ETD fragmentation covered approximately 79% of the sequence and the location of the two disulfide bonds was confirmed. The sequence coverage was increased to 89% by combining MS/MS and MS~3 fragmentation techniques for G-CSF.
