Risk Model for Occupational Accidents Applied to Offshore Supply Vessels

This paper presents a newly developed methodology for safety management of occupational accidents and its application to offshore supply vessels. This methodology facilitates the use of accident reporting in an improvement process, resulting in a prioritized list of risk reducing easures.
