摘要

This paper, based on analyzing the essential ideas of nuclear weapon accidents prediction, carriers on the predition analysis of nuclear weapon accidents with the theory and method of fuzzy graph and safety system engineering. The model of bi-directional fuzzy graph are offered. Finally, some opinions and proposals about the prevention of nuclear weapon accidents and management of nuclear weapon safety are put forward.
