In traditional application, when choosing the smooth coefficient alpha , one always determiens it by experience, so it's great difficult and less exactitude to choose. This paper gives a new method in determining coefficient a by researched. It is very convenience to use the new method and the calculated exactitude may be greatly improved when the formula of the index slide average is adopted to forecast.
