Mineral resources is a concept strongly connected with social, economic and technological factors. A codition pattern consists of these factors may be formulated to define mineral resources in the World as well as in a certain country during a certain peorid of time. As the endowment of minerals in the Earth is infinite, the condition patterns take the most important role to identify the quantity, quality and structure of mineral resources. There may be three condition patterns recognized corresponding to three stages of social and economic development of the mankind, natrual economics, industrilization and sustainable development. The stage of industrilization could be subdivided into three phases, less industritizing, industrilizing and industrilized, and the corresponding condition patterns of mineral resources would be formulated. The World condition patterns of mineral resources for the 20th century are identified and the ones for the 21st century are discussed.
