摘要

The article has studied the relations and interchange quantities among atmospheric, surface, unsaturated soil and underground water. The infiltration and evaporation differences with and without plants are specially em phasized. The circulating, storage and regulating functions of unsaturated soil water to rainfall and agriculture are also expounded. A new method to mitigate the water shortage in the east plain of Henan Province is given in this case study.
