Based on the distribution characteristics of vehicles on bus network, this paper establishes a simulation model of bus dynamic network. In this model, nodes are ed as nodes; the operation interval of inter-node bus is expressed as the edge. All nodes and connection edges constitute the public transport network based on the study that the structural characteristics of bus network, that the simulation platform of bus system which is 100 square kilometers, that 20 roads and 30 lines are built by Matlab. Through the simulation and statistical calculation of nodes' activation and dormancy in the network, three phases of the dynamic network are constructed. In the stage of network generation, the operation of public transport vehicles shows the certain regularity. However, it changes irregularly in the stable phase and shows the complexity of evolution over time. Besides, it presents the characteristics of complex phase change during the network fading stage.
