MEMS accelerometers classification using machine-learning methods

摘要

MEMS accelerometers classification with similar design and process parameters using machine-learning methods is proposed in the paper. A numerical experiment was performed. In it we investigated the possibilities of various machine-learning methods for solving classification task. The best results by accuracy parameter were obtained by Subspace KNN method.
