摘要

Based on the kinetic parameters from Tofts DCE model, permeability and volume constant, we classified renal cortex and medulla into four distinct types of tissue (type Ⅰ to Ⅳ). Type Ⅰ tissue is identified as glomeru-lus-rich tissue and hence its tracer kinetic curve is fitted into the Baumann and Rudin model to yield a more specific measurement of glomerular function.
