At present, the quality-oriented education is becoming more and more emphasized. This essay studies the idea of the Beijing humanistic Olympics featured human-centered, advance-harmony again, systematically analyzes the current situation of China's recessive physical courses and their reasons and advances the countermeasure to construct our recessive curricular construction on physical courses under that idea.
