Safeguard the security of National environment and reduce the society ecological effect of soft damage

摘要

In this article, the damage of individual mentality, the alteration of colony psychology and the society ecological effect of soft damage as the result of the disaster of national ecological environemtn are discussed. The evaulation model of effect is given, the security measure of ecological environment and some constructive idea are put forward.
