Solid state fermentation of phytase from cassaa dregs by aspergillus niger

摘要

Phytic acid is found i nthe mature seeds fo plants. It is not metabolized by monogastric animals due to the lack fo phytase, and phytic acid also acts as an anti-nutritional factor in monogastrics for its chelation of various metals. Mould preparations of phytase have been applied as feed additive in order to liberate phytate phosphorus, inositol, as well as other nutrients which are involved in complexes with phytate.
