Paleozoic-Mesozoic magmatism and metallogeny in the Laojunshan district, Yunnan Province, South China

摘要

The Laojunshan district is located in SE Yunnan Province (SW China) at the junction of the Yangtze Block to the north, the Cathaysia Block in the east and the Indochina Block to the south.This district is locally known as the Laojunshan Metamorphic Core Complex (LMCC), which consists mainly of the Early Paleozoic (Caledonian) and Mesozoic (Yanshania) granites, metamorphic rocks with Paleoproterozoic and Neoproterozoic ages, and sedimentary rocks of Cambrian, Devonian to Triassic age.
