It is a hot-spot that relationship between tectonic stress, fluid pressure and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation in oil exploration. Tectonic fluid pressure always is regarded as a mainly type of dynamical in hydrocarbon migration and accumulation on fold-thrust belt. It is not clear that the distribution and virtues of tectonic fluid pressure. In Ke-La-Su fold-thrust belt, Tarim basin, all of high tectonic stress, high fluid pressure and richness of hydrocarbon are located the same place. The most richness of hydrocarbon yet is location at where is lower tectonic stress and lower fluid pressure in northwestern Sichuan basin in same tectonic backgrounds. In past, the sealing geological body always was neglect in the geological condition analysis, and pays more attention to relationship between abundance of fluid pressure and tectonic stress or strain. This neglect leads more disputes in relationship between tectonic fluid pressure and hydrocarbon migration and accumulation.
