摘要

Stoichiometric coefficient and model wastewater characterisation have a wide range in ASM1 model. In this study, COD is based on oxygen utilization rating method to characterise the soluble and particulate fractions. With biological respiration measurement, sensitive indicators of water parameters were measured, and satisfied simulation results was achieved. For example in Handan East Wastewater Treatment Plant, readily biodegradable organic matter SS, soluble inert organic matter SI, slow biodegradable organic matter XS, particulate inert organic matter XI, active heterotrophic bacteria biosolids XBH were measured which in the percentage of the total COD separately were 17.72%, 6.74%, 35.06%, 31.35%, 9.13%. The result laid the foundation for model application and simulation of oxidation ditch.
