The Capacity Region of the Gaussian MIMO Broadcast Channel

We address the widely studiedrnMIMO Broadcast channel, and prove that thern(by now classical) achievable region which resultsrnfrom Gaussian input statistics, and a 'dirty paper'rnprecoder [1] - [7], is indeed the capacity region.rnPreviously, it was established that this codingrnstrategy yields the optimal sum rate only. Ourrntechnique is based on the vector Entropy-Power-rnInequality, combined with a fundamental notionrnof an enhanced broadcast channel.
