This paper analyzes the effect of non-intellectual factors such as motivation, interest, emotion, willand personality in oral English improvement and tries to find ways to improve Oral English.rnNon-intellectual factors play a very important role instudents' study，communication between teachers andstudents, students' social activity and moral education Non-intellectual factors control people's happiness andsadness. They influence people's intellectual level andexpression skill. During the study time, emotion does notaffect the students' learning in a direct way, but emotionaffects the students' learning result obviously. Therefore,study non-intellectual factors for English learning, especially the influence on oral English, has certain theoretical value and the important practical significance.
