石墨烯-硅异质结太阳能电池:数值模拟和实验研究

摘要

Graphene, a one-atom-thick planarsheet of sp2-bonded carbon atomsthat are densely packed in ahoneycomb crystal lattice.Fascinating physical properties,such as near-zero band-gap, highelectrical conductivity, ultrahighmobility, high elasticity, and high transparency.AMPS simulation reveals that the performance of graphene-silicon solar cells can be adjusted by graphene dopingconcentrations, number of grapraphe layer, interface densityof states, which is consistent with the reported experimentalresults.Plasma-based method has been proposed to grow verticalgraphene nanowalls directly grown on the Si substrate forthe application of solar cells. The synthesized graphenenanowalls can be effectively controlled by the depositionconditions.
