摘要： 文章解读了《图书馆开放内容活动:方向相同,轨迹不同——来自2018年OCLC全球理事会调查结果》的主要内容,认为未来我国图书馆开展开放内容活动应注意提升图书馆开放内容活动参与度,积极推进国家开放政策完善,推动图书馆"后疫情时代"开放内容活动的实施,加强与OCLC等相关机构合作引进先进技术,合理量化图书馆开放内容活动资金。

摘要： 2022年6月13日,全球性的图书馆合作组织联机计算机图书馆中心(Online Computer Library Center,OCLC)在美国俄亥俄州南区地方法院对科睿唯安(Clarivate)及其子公司ProQuest和Ex Libris等提起诉讼,OCLC认为科睿唯安利用MetaDoor平台盗用OCLC及其成员创建的目录记录和元数据,串谋干扰OCLC合同和业务关系,企图将真正从事非营利性图书馆目录服务的提供商排挤出市场。

摘要： 为促进图书馆资源在更广泛的环境中被发现和利用,图情领域引入关联数据研究.文章通过对OCLC发布的研究性文件、工作报告、会议资料等的研读,梳理OCLC关联书目数据模型的发展历程和现状,并对OCLC关联书目数据模型和BIBFRAME之间的兼容性展开研究.OCLC关联书目数据模型以网络搜索引擎支持的结构化数据标记为基础描述关联书目数据,促进关联书目数据被发现和利用,其与下一代编目格式标准BIBFRAME之间也逐渐趋向互补的兼容关系.

摘要： 本文根据全球联机计算机图书馆中心(OCLC)的数据库——OCLC First Search WorldCat书目数据库的全球图书馆收藏数据,考察《习近平谈治国理政》在全球(除中国大陆外)的传播状况。依据该数据库,统计全球收藏《习近平谈治国理政》13个语种的图书馆数量及其分布的国家和地区,粗线条地勾画《习近平谈治国理政》全球传播地图,并重点考察了该书英文版和中文版在全球(除中国大陆外)的传播状况,尤其是在美国的传播状况。研究结果表明,《习近平谈治国理政》在海外广受关注,影响广泛深远。在美国,不仅深受学术精英的高度关注,而且与美国普通读者近距离接触。

摘要： The OCLC WorldShare Collection Evaluation is helpful in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the library collection, the rational use of funds, and optimizing the collection, so as to further strengthen the construction of literature resources and better serve the users. This paper gives a detailed introduction to the OCLC WorldShare Collection Evaluation service and its functions and features, and illustrates the value of the OCLC WorldShare Collection Evaluation service with the examples of the Library of Wuhan University, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and University of West Florida.%OCLC馆藏评估可以帮助图书馆了解本馆馆藏的优劣势,确保经费合理使用,从而优化馆藏,进一步加强文献资源建设,更好地为用户服务.论文对OCLC馆藏评估服务及其功能和特点进行了详细介绍,并以武汉大学、弗吉尼亚理工大学和西佛罗里达大学图书馆为例阐释了OCLC馆藏评估服务的价值所在.

摘要： This paper introduces the acquisition and cataloging of the foreign language literature resources in Shanghai Library. Taking the data of foreign language literature resources from different sources in Shanghai Library as the object, it focuses the analysis of the data based on OCLC. In corporation with the use of the OCLC and the work flow of Shanghai Library, it puts the expectations and thoughts of the future cataloging work.%论文介绍了上海图书馆外文文献资源获取及编目情况,以上海图书馆外文文献不同来源的数据为分析对象,着重分析基于OCLC平台的数据情况,并结合OCLC平台使用情况及工作流程提出了对未来编目工作的展望和思考.
