摘要:
The method of using the conventional method to set up the expansion joint in order to reduce the thermal stress damage to the tubular heat exchanger has limitations,in view of these limitations,the application of prestress technology in double tubesheet exchanger was proposed.By using the heat ex-changer tube as the pretension element, applying different pre-deformation amounts and using ANSYS software,the structure of the double tubesheet exchanger was analyzed,and the analysis results of thermal structural coupling were obtained,meanwhile,the results were compared with the experimental inspection researches.The analysis results show that by applying appropriate pre-deformation amounts,the thermal stress of the overall structure is effectively reduced,so that the peaks of the stress and strain are reduced, thus preventing the damage of the thermal stress to the double tubesheet exchanger.Thus,a more reasona-ble method is found for the design and manufacturing of the double tubesheet exchanger,and the working life of the heat exchanger is improved.%采用常规措施设置膨胀节以降低温差应力对管壳式换热器破坏的方法具有局限性,提出了采用预应力技术应用于双管板换热器中.采用换热管作为预紧单元,通过施加不同的预变形量,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对双管板换热器结构进行分析,从而得到热-结构耦合分析结果,同时,与试验检测研究进行对比.分析结果表明,施加恰当的预变形量,有效降低整体结构的温差应力,使应力以及应变的峰值得到降低,防止了温差应力对双管板换热器的损坏.从而为双管板换热器的设计以及加工制造,找到一种更加合理的方法,提高了换热器的工作寿命.
