Objective To establish the method for the determination of kestose in different time and origin of Alhagi-honey by Dual Wave length TLC-Scanning.Methods Dual Wavelength TLCS canner was select-ed with GF2 as standard substance.The developing solvent was glacial acetic acid-trichloromethane -95%ethanol (9∶11∶11).The color developing agent was diphenylamine-aniline-acetone-phosphoric acid (1∶1∶50∶ 5 );λS = 510 nm,λR = 610 nm.Results The calibration curve was liner in range of 0.642 8 -15.975 2 μg for kestose (r =0.999 2).The average recovery was 102.5%,and RSD was 1.55%.The con-tent of GF2 from different places of origin habitats in Alhagi-honeywere between 12.957 3-36.328 1 mg/g. Conclusion The established method has a good separation effect and simple operation,so can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of kestose from Alhagi-honey.%目的:建立双波长薄层色谱扫描法测定不同时间、产地刺糖中蔗果三糖(GF2)含量。方法以 GF2为标准品,采用双波长薄层扫描分析,展开剂为冰乙酸-三氯甲烷-95%乙醇(9∶11∶11),显色剂为二苯胺-苯胺-丙酮-磷酸(1∶1∶50∶5),最大吸收波长510 nm,参比波长610 nm。结果蔗果三糖(GF2)在0.6428~15.9752μg范围内线性关系良好,r =0.9992,平均回收率为102.5%,RSD 为1.55%。不同产地刺糖中 GF2含量为在12.9573~36.3281 mg/g。结论双波长薄层色谱扫描法分离效果好,操作简便,可用于刺糖中 GF2的定性及定量分析。

摘要:
通过对枸杞子样品提取、脱色时间等前处理条件的优化,建立不同来源枸杞子中甜菜碱含量测定的双波长薄层扫描法(TLCS法).使用快速溶剂萃取仪(ASK 350)用80%甲醇提取出枸杞子中的甜菜碱,经活性炭脱色、雷氏盐沉淀、丙酮溶解沉淀,采用改进的薄层扫描法在检测波长为530 nm,参比波长为625 nm条件下对枸杞子中的甜菜碱进行含量测定.得到清晰的薄层色谱斑点,无干扰;甜菜碱点样量在3.84~38.40 μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995;平均加样回收率为98.30%,RSD =2.55%(n=9).该方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于测定枸杞子中甜菜碱的含量测定,可为枸杞的质量控制提供依据.

Objective: Ob jective:To establish the quality standard of Xixianfengshi tablet.Methods:Herba Taxilli,Rsdix Clematidis in xilianfengshi tablet were identified by thin-layer chromatography.The contents of tetrandrune in Rradix Stephaniae Tetrandrac were quantitatively determined by double-wavelength TLC scanning.Results:The two traditional Chinese herbs in xixianfengshi tablet,llerba Taxilli and Radix Clematidis,were qualitaivly identified by TLC methods And ruled Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae in the Xixianfengshi pian to account with the Tetrandrine cannot less than 0.6mg/slice.The standard curve was lin-ear in the rage of 0.51-2.55μg for Tetrandrine,the recovery of Tetrandring was 96.68% and RSD was 1.96%.Conclusion:This standard is capable to effectively control the quality of Xixianfengshi tablet.%目的:建立莶风湿片的质量可控标准。方法:采用TLC对药品中桑寄生、威灵仙的成分进行色谱鉴别,并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定防已药材中粉防已碱的含量。结果:分别以桑寄生、威灵仙对照药材为对照,建立了薄层鉴别方法。并规定本品含防已以粉防己碱计不得少于0.60mg/片。粉防已碱在0.51~2.55μg范围内呈较好的线性关系,回收率为96.68%, RSD为1.96%。结论:本质量标准可有效的控制莶风湿片的质量

Objective To prepare Shangke Waifu Huangyousha and establish its quality standard.Methods Shangke Waifu Huangyousha was prepared by oil and osmiol.Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in the preparation was qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of emodin was determined by dual wavelength TLC scanner.Results The TLC sports of the constituents were clear,well-separated and specific.The linear range of emodin was 0.108~0.927 μg (r=0.999 1) and the average recovery was 98.87% (RSD=0.89%, n=5).Conclusion The method of design is reasonable with well stability.The established quality standard is applicable for the quality control of Shangke Waifu Huangyousha.%目的 探讨伤科外敷黄油纱的制备方法并建立其质量控制标准.方法 采用油浸、渗透法制备伤科外敷黄油纱;采用薄层色谱法对处方中的大黄、白芷进行定性鉴别;采用双波长薄层扫描法测定大黄素含量.结果 薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强.大黄素在.0.108~0.927μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),平均回收率为98.87%,RSD=0.89%(n=5).结论 该制剂方法设计合理,稳定性好,制备方法可行,所建质量标准可用于伤科外敷黄油纱的质量控制.

Objective: To establish method for determing content of ephedrine in xiaoerfeirekeruan oral solution by dual wavelength thin-layer scanning chromatography.Methods:Developing agent:Chloroform-Methanol-Ammonia test solution (20∶3.5∶0.6);determination wavelength:490nm with compared wavelength 44nm.Sawtooth wave by dual wavelength thin-layer scanning chromatography,SX=7, slit 0.4nm ×0.4nm; sensitivity:X1; scanning speed:12mm/min.Results:Sample recovery was 99.2%,RSD was 1.62%(n=6);with good linear relation among range 1.0~5.0μg.Conclusions:The method was simple, accurate with good repeatability, which could be made as the method for determing content of ephedrine in xiaoerfeirekeruan oral solution.%目的:建立双波长薄层扫描法测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液中麻黄碱含量的方法.方法:选用展开剂为氯仿-甲醇-氨试液(20:3.5:0.6),测定波长:波长λs=490nm,参比波长:λR=440nm,用双波长薄层反射锯齿扫描,SX=7,狭缝0.4nm×0.4nm,灵敏度:X1,扫描速度:12mm/min.结果:麻黄碱平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.62%(n=6);在1.0~5.0μg范围内线性关系良好.结论:本测定方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于测定小儿肺热咳喘口服液麻黄碱的含量.

目的 建立舒肝降黄颗粒的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法对方中大黄、黄芪进行定性鉴别;采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了方中君药大黄中大黄素的含量.结果 薄层鉴别专属性强;大黄素在0.098~0.558μg范围内,呈良好的线性关系.大黄素平均回收率100.89%,RSD=2.49%.结论 该法快速、简便、准确、重现性好,可用于控制舒肝降黄颗粒的质量.

在我国广藿香醇的含量测定方法 尚未见报道,1990年版对广藿香醇仅制定了鉴别反应.广朴止泻液由多味药材组成,成分复杂.本文对广藿香醇的提取方法 和色谱条件进行了探索,制定出含量测定的方法 .本方法 可排除处方中其它成分的干扰,快速简便,准确性好.

摘要:
金钱胆通口服液系由连钱草、茵陈、柴胡、决明子、虎杖等10味中药组成的复方口服液制剂。具有清利湿热、疏通肝胆、止痛排石之功效,临床上用于胆石症湿热郁结于少阳胆腑之协痛。因原标准尚未对处方中的连钱草、虎杖中的虎杖苷进行定性、定量控制,同时原标准中的茵陈、柴胡薄层鉴别项的供试品溶液提取方法操作较为繁琐。为进一步完善质量标准,使新药试行标准顺利地转为正式标准,本实验对处方中的连钱草进行薄层鉴别,并对茵陈、柴胡薄层鉴别的供试品溶液提取方法进行改进,简化操作,并采用双波长薄层扫描法测定虎杖中的有效成分虎杖苷的含量,为金钱胆通口服液的质量控制提供了快速、简便、准确的测定方法。
