    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于FPGA的H.264视频解码的IP核设计方案,对以NIOS II软件处理器为内核的SOPC系统进行了优化,对CAVLC熵解码进行了优化.CAVLC熵解码模块硬件加速的方法,与无硬件加速的NIOS II软件解码方法相比,缩短了解码耗时,使基于FPGA的H.264视频实时解码和播放成为可能.

    • 摘要: 针对电能质量谐波检测时,非同步采样会引起频谱泄露和谱间干扰的问题,提出了一种基于FPGA的电网电能质量远程监测系统.本系统采用硬件锁相同步频率跟踪技术,对三相电压、电流进行同步采样,减少频谱泄露和谱间干扰,采用FPGA片上FFT IP核实现256点的谐波运算,同时利用SOPC技术嵌入Nios II软核处理器读取有效值和谐波运算结果,通过Marvell88E1111以太网络芯片把数据传输到上位机,对数据进一步处理与显示,进而达到对电能质量参数远程监测的目的.%This paper designed the power quality remote monitoring system based on FPGA. The system uses hardware phase-locked frequency tracking technology for Synchronous sampling of the three-phase voltage,current, reducing leakage and spectral interference between spectrums. This system uses FPGA's FFT IP core to complete 256 points of the harmonic operation and uses SOPC and Nios II soft-core embedded processor to read data collected and harmonic operation results, combining with Marvell88E1111 network chip to transmit data to the host computer. The host computer process and data further, thus achieving power quality parameters for remote monitoring purposes.

    • 摘要: 设计了一种医学影像设备PET前端电子学系统,阐述了系统总体设计方案,分析了多个模块设计的关键技术环节.该系统基于Nios II控制,设计了前端模拟信号调理和数据采集单元、数据汇总单元及以太网模块,重点介绍了SD卡接口设计、以太网模块的设计以及系统可靠性、电磁兼容的设计等.实验结果表明:该系统具有速度高、精度高、高集成化、设备的兼容性和抗干扰能力强等优点.%A sort of medical imaging equipment PET front-end electronics was designed.Design scheme of the system was expounded.Key techniques of multiple modules design were analyzed.This system was based on Nios II control.The front-end analog signal conditioning,data acquisition unit,data aggregation unit and Ethernet module were designed.The design of SD card interface,the design of the Ethernet module and the design of the system reliability and electromagnetic compatibility and so on were mainly introduced.Experiments show that this system has advantages of high speed,high precision,high integration,strong compatibility of the equipment and strong anti-jamming capability.

    • 摘要: 针对PC出厂时检测视频接口的不便性,从应用角度出发,提出一种基于可编程逻辑器件NIOS II软核的PC端视频接口自动化检测系统设计.PC上位机播放特制视频,通过视频接口将图像传输至检测设备盒,设备盒通过NIOS II软核控制视频芯片将HDMI、DP视频格式转换成VGA RGB格式,并通过硬核检测行信号(HSYNC)、场信号(VSYNC),将采集到有效显示像素的RGB值缓存在SRAM,并通过高速数据传输接口将数据返回给上位机进行对比.实验证明:该视频接口检测方式节省劳动成本,检测效率高,检测误差率小于1%,最高支持4K 30fps视频检测.%A system for computer video interface automatic detection was proposed based on FPGA NIOS II soft core,from the application point of view,when computers out of the factory.Computer plays a special video,and transmits the image to the detection equipment by video interface.Detection equipment converts HDMI, DP video signal into VGA RGB signal format through the video conversion chip controlled by NIOS II soft core.Detection equipment detects line signal,field Signal, and then puts the values of pixel RGB in the SRAM.Computer reads data from detection equipment through the high-speed transmission interface.It is proved by experiments that the video interface de-tection method can save labor cost and has a high detection efficiency.The detection error rate is less than 1% and equipment can detect interface which outputs 4K video 30 frames per second.

    • 摘要: 由于FPGA具有掉电易失性,系统每次启动都需要对其进行配置;此外,某些系统在出厂后需要进行升级维护,这就需要对FPGA的配置镜像进行更新.针对这种需求,提出了一种新的FPGA智能加载和远程更新的实现方案.系统在Quartus II的SOPC环境下开发,将Nios II处理器、Mac核、高速收发器及Remote-Update模块集成在FPGA片内,不需要片外的CPU或CPLD配合,FPGA独立、智能地完成镜像的更新和加载.实验证明该方案可行,且系统稳定、可靠.%Due to the volatile nature of FPGA,every time system starts up,it's required to configure FPGA.In addition,some systems needs to be upgraded to improve the system performance usually after leaving the factory,this requires FPGA'image can be updated at any time.In view of this demand,the article puts forward a new method that FPGA has the function of intelligent load and remote update.The system is developed in SOPC environment,and integrates Nios II,mac,transceiver and Remote-Update ipcore in FPGA chip.No processor or CPLD is required outside FPGA,the FPGA loads and updates the image intelligently and independently.Experimental results show that the method is feasible and the system is stable and reliable.

    • 摘要: 本文对利用FPGA实现嵌入式软核以及Nios II软核系统等进行了简要介绍,对其内部互联Avalon总线开展了详细分析,同时结合工作需求,开展了基于Avalon总线的自定义UART模块设计及IP定制工作,通过实际接口功能测试,结果表明利用Nios II软核系统及自定义UART模块定制IP的方式,可以使得软核系统设计更为紧凑,模块复用更为方便,同时还可避免视图混乱,提高工作效率.

    • 摘要: 对以FPGA为基础的网络视频监控系统设计方案加以总结,设计了系统具体的功能模块,结合TCP/IP协议栈实现数据网络化传输.本设计充分利用了FPGA的可编程性,并以Nios II集成开发平台和嵌入式操作系统uClinux作为软件平台,数据的网络传输更加可靠.该系统满足实时性要求、方法灵活、成本较低,具有一定的实用价值.

    • 摘要: 笔者针对目前单核嵌入式处理器运行以太网通信协议栈时负荷过大的问题提出一种采用多核架构的软件协议栈卸载引擎的方法.该方法的实现基于FPGA嵌入式NIOSII软核和AVALON总线架构.笔者描述了NIOS II多核系统的软硬件架构和多核系统的互斥及启动机制.笔者描述的方法针对不同通信协议栈具有开发和移植的灵活性.
