摘要： 基于宁德市水利局、水文局、气象局等部门观测数据，建立防汛指挥信息集成掌上平台，为防汛指挥提供决策服务。平台建设涉及跨部门、跨网段、跨地域。文章重点介绍平台的实现难点：使用远程处理框架技术(.net Remoting)方便地解决部门间分布式数据库的命令传递；采用C#实现数据收集模块。最后，文章介绍了防汛平台功能特点。%Based on the observation data of Ningde Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau,bureau of hydrology,Meteor-ological Bureau and other departments,a platform on the palm was established for flood control and command,information integration,which offers decision service for flood control.The construction of the platform involves multi-sectors.This paper focused on the difficulty to realize the platform:using.Net remoting to realize the remote command department distrib-uted database transfer,and using C# to realize data collection module.Finally,the article introduced the functional charac-teristics of flood control platform.

摘要： Based on the deep understanding and analysis of government procurement work, aiming at such problems existed in the process of procurement as unscientific technical indicators, non-transparent purchasing process, slow purchasing progress and sophisticated statistical data, this paper proposes a design and implementation method of government procurement integrated management system based on .NET Remoting distributed access channel technology. This system applies C/S three-tier architecture, com component technology and Oracle stored procedure to build a scientific, effective and informationalized government procurement management pattern, which shortens the government procurement work time, enhances the data transparency, is convenient for progress query and fund statistics, and greatly improves the procurement efficiency.%通过对政府采购工作的深入了解与分析，针对采购过程中存在的项目指标不科学、流程不透明、进度缓慢和统计复杂等问题，提出一种基于.NET Remoting分布式访问通道技术的政府采购综合管理系统的设计与实现方法。该系统采用C/S三层软件架构，应用com组件技术以及Oracle存储过程，构建了一个科学、高效和信息化的政府采购管理模式，缩短政府采购工作时间、增加数据透明性、便于进度查询与资金统计，极大地提高了采购工作效率。

摘要： This paper mainly introduces a traceability certificate evaluation and management system based on .NET Remoting. The system uses .NET Remoting technology to realize distributed communication, and adopts COM component technology and ADO.NET database access technology to achieve the efficient data accessing, so as to realize the information network of traceability certificate evaluation work. 摘要： With the increasing of the kinds of measuring instrument, the needs of pattern evaluation business extends gradually, and the traditional manual operation pattern can not guarantee the timeliness, effectiveness and standardization of pattern evaluation work. Therefore, the pattern evaluation management system based on workflow is designed and implemented according to the analysis and review of pattern evaluation process. This system adopts the C/S three-tier architecture, uses such key technologies as .Net Remoting, COM components and BarTender service, standardizes the process of pattern evaluation business, and strengthens the cooperative work between different departments. According to practice, the pattern evaluation management system plays an important role in pattern evaluation business, enhances the service quality of pattern evaluation business, and greatly improves the work efficiency at the same time.%随着计量器具种类不断增加，型式评价业务的需求日趋扩大，传统的人工操作工作模式已不能保证型式评价工作的及时性、有效性和规范性。因此，基于对型式评价流程的分析与梳理，设计并实现了基于工作流的型式评价管理系统。该系统采用C/S三层软件架构，应用.NET Remoting、COM组件以及BarTender服务等一系列关键技术，规范了型式评价业务的流程，加强了不同部门间的协同工作。经过实践，型式评价管理系统在型评业务中发挥了巨大的作用，提升型评业务服务质量的同时大大提高了工作效率。

摘要： 基于Lucene.Net框架,利用.Net Remoting技术,结合多种数据挖掘和推荐算法构建面向大规模文本数据的厦门人才网分布式全文检索与推荐系统.提出把大索引切割成小索引,采用多台服务器并行处理的分布式解决方案,完成招聘企业、职位、应聘人员信息的整合与聚集,实现信息的智能推荐.实验结果表明,本系统取得了较高的索引效率、较快的检索速度以及较为精准的推荐结果,并在实际应用中取得了良好的效果.
