    • 摘要: 注射成型粘结NdFeB磁体是粘结NdFeB磁粉与高分子材料混合制成的复合材料,其中使用的高分子材料主要是尼龙12、PPS树脂。研究了不同表面改性处理工艺、改性剂添加量等对NdFeB磁粉抗氧化性与粘结磁体、磁性能的影响。结果表明,NdFeB磁粉经过表面改性处理,在300°C经过150 min后测试氧化增重率,经磷化-KH792复合处理及磷化处理后的氧化程度最低,抗氧化效果最好,增重率分别为-0.05%、0.08%;KH560及KH550处理后的磁粉氧化程度居中;抗氧化性最差的则是没有进行任何表面改性处理的原粉。对NdFeB磁粉而言,表面处理剂KH550用量优选为1%。KH550改性粉塑磁颗粒的流动性能明显好于未改性粉塑磁颗粒的。

    • 摘要: 为提高热压结合热变形工艺制备的各向异性Nd-Fe-B磁体的力学性能,向磁体中掺杂高熔点、弱磁性金属元素Ni,研究Ni含量对磁体的磁性能、力学性能以及微观结构的影响.掺杂Ni的质量分数在0~5%之间时,Nd-Fe-B复合磁体的抗弯强度先增大后减小,2%Ni含量的Nd-Fe-B复合磁体具有最高平均抗弯强度212 MPa,其最大磁能积保持在40 MGOe以上.从磁体断口形貌上看,Ni会在孔洞附近富集,强化增韧晶界相,从而提高晶界相的裂纹扩展阻力,使抗弯强度提高.

    • 摘要: 针对提高埋头弹火药热暗哨性能及弹道特性,尤其是弹丸在冲击挤进过程中的运动特性这一影响埋头弹整体性能的重要参数,提出了一种基于电磁感应定律测量弹丸冲击挤进过程速度的有效方法,建立了半封闭壳体的速度测试参考模型,分析了弹丸在冲击挤进过程中通过感应线圈时,钕铁硼磁体(Nd-Fe-B)原生磁场与涡流效应产生的附加磁场叠加成复合磁场,以及磁体偏移量对感应线圈电动势的影响;为减小测量随机误差,提出一种多区间测量方法.基于短管炮装置,建立弹丸冲击挤进模拟试验系统,通过电磁法和高速摄像法测量获得冲击挤进过程中弹丸速度和位移,电磁法可实现弹丸冲击挤进过程中各阶段速度变化的快速响应,当弹丸速度高于8m/s时,速度测量相对误差小于1%,验证了电磁法的有效性.

    • 摘要: 1.Export 1.1 Export quantity In 2020,China exported totally 40,800 tons of NdFeB products including rare earth permanent magnets,NdFeB magnetic powder,other NdFeB alloys and permanent magnetic cast strip,with a year-on-year increase of 0.24 percent.The export value was 1.782 billion US dollars,a year-on-year increase of 0.14 percent.The average price was 43.65 US dollars per kilogram,with a year-on-year decrease of 0.10 percent.

    • 摘要: This paper proposes a probabilistic life calculation method of NdFeB based on brittle fatigue damage model.Firstly,Zhu-Wang-Tang(ZWT)constitutive model considering strain rate is established,and based on this,a numerical co-simulation model for NdFeB life calculation is constructed.The life distribution diagram of NdFeB under different stress levels is obtained after simulation.Secondly,a new model of brittle fatigue damage based on brittle damage mechanism is proposed.Then the parameters in the model are identified according to the life distribution diagram of NdFeB and the parameter distribution of the damage evolution model when applied to NdFeB is obtained.Finally,the probability density evolution equation of NdFeB life calculation is established and solved using the probability density evolution method.Probability density function(PDF)of NdFeB life under different stress levels is obtained and provides theoretical basis for the reliability of NdFeB in engineering applications.

    • 摘要: 采用LiF和TbF3混合二元系作为扩散源,通过晶界扩散法研究了不同厚度钕铁硼磁体扩散后磁性能变化规律.结果表明,在最优扩散条件下,6 mm磁体的矫顽力从1.05×106 A/m提高到1.71×106 kA/m,10 mm磁体从1.05×106 A/m提高到1.52×106 A/m,且退磁曲线仍具有较高的方形度,剩磁与磁能积也没有显著的降低.SEM图像表明,晶界扩散与表面扩散的共同作用,影响重稀土元素Tb和晶界相在磁体内部的分布,从而使磁体的矫顽力获得较大幅度的提升.

    • 摘要: In order to improve the magnetic properties of sintered Nd-Fe-B materials, it is a common way to replace part of the Neodymium with other rare earth elements in the raw materials during sintering, but it would also cause other problems, and the method of grain boundary diffusion has been proved to be a more effective way. In the past, the diffusion characteristics of these substituted rare earth elements were indirectly analyzed by magnetic properties, and there was no convenient method to verify them. In this paper, EPMA was used to study a sintered Nd-Fe-B magnetic material with grain boundary diffusion of terbium. The results showed that the element terbium distributed continuously in the grain boundary near the surface layer. Inside the magnet material, the terbium was preferentially concentrated in the bonding region between the main phase and the grain boundary phase. Compared with the previous indirect description of magnetic properties to ensure distribution of terbium, EPMA mapping analysis results have a more intuitive and readily comprehensible representation.%为了改善烧结Nd-Fe-B材料的磁学性能,添加稀土元素部分替代其中的元素Nd是一种普遍的方法,但这也会带来另外的问题,而晶界扩散被证实是一种更有效的方案.以往对于这种替代稀土的扩散分布特征都是采用磁性性能来间接描述,没有方便的证实方法.借助电子探针EPMA研究一种晶界扩散Tb的烧结Nd-Fe-B磁性材料.测试结果表明经过扩散的样品,Tb元素在表层附近的晶界相分布连续,在磁体内部,则择优聚集在主相和晶界相的结合区域.相对于以往使用磁性性能间接描述,EPMA的元素面分析结果有了更为直观的表征.
    • 摘要: According to the preliminary statistics of the magnetic materials branch of Association of China rare earth industry, the rare earth permanent magnetic materials industry maintained a good momentum of development from January to October 2018, benefiting from the rapid development of new energy vehicles, energy-saving household appliances, industrial robots etc. The output of permanent magnetic materials grew steadily and the proportion of high-end products accounted for nearly 60%. Among them, production of sintered NdFeB was 129,500 tons, a year-on-year growth of 5%. The outputs of bonded NdFeB and SmCo magnets were 5,500 tons and 2,100 tons respectively, unchanged than the same period last year.
