以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基料,气相法白炭黑为补强填料,乙烯基三(乳酸乙酯2-氧基)硅烷为交联剂,制得卫生级脱乳酸乙酯型单组分室温硫化有机硅胶粘剂.研究了以白炭黑为补强填料、不同催化剂作用下,脱乳酸乙酯的单组分室温硫化有机硅胶粘剂的贮存稳定性及力学性能.结果表明,以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基胶,气相法白炭黑为补强填料,甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷与乙烯基三(乳酸乙酯2-氧基)硅烷复配交联剂,低毒的二甲基二新葵酸锡为催化剂,可制得卫生级脱乳酸乙酯型有机硅胶粘剂.该胶粘剂可改善施工条件,对环境友好,且对基材具有较好的粘接性能,能减缓胶粘剂对金属的腐蚀,适用于食品、人体接触等要求较严的场合.%The health level off-ethyl lactate RTV-1 silicone adhesives is prepared by α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the basic materials, silica as the reinforcing filler, and vinyl tri-ethyl lactate 2-oxygen silane as the crosslinking agent.The storage stability and mechanical properties of the RTV-1 silicone adhesive is studied under different catalysts with fumed silica as the reinforcing filler.Results show that the health level off-ethyl lactate silicone adhesives is perpared with α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the basic materials, fumed silica as the reinforcing filler, the mixed crosslinking agent of methyltriacetoxysilane and vinyl tri-ethyl lactate 2-oxygen silane, dimethylbis[(1-oxoneodecyl)oxy]stannane with low toxicity as the catalyst.The adhensive can improve the construction conditions, environment-friendly, has good bonding performance on the base material.It also can slow down the corrosion of adhesive on the metal, applicable for the requirements for food, human exposure and other occasions.
