摘要： 在市场经济发展过程中,我国会计领域发生了巨大变化。 税务会计逐步从财务会计中分离出来,使会计工作有了鲜明的导向。 在税务会计和财务会计的运作过程中,二者的差异越来越明显。 因此,应采用科学的方法对税务会计和财务会计进行协调和控制,以确保税收工作能严格按规定执行。 文章从增值税的角度研究税务会计和财务会计工作,指出两者的区别,并提出协调发展的对策。

摘要： 府际关系分析范式适用于京津冀教育协同发展.京津冀教育协同发展存在府际关系的现实困境,表征为纵向府际的政策执行梗阻、横向府际的合作低效、斜向府际的协同乏力.京津冀教育协同发展的府际关系困境成因,主要包括僵化行政区划体制的羁绊、传统区域观念的错位、利益结构差异的博弈、教育协同制度和体制机制的不健全等方面.要构建协同共赢的京津冀教育府际关系协调模式,须理顺多重府际关系,整体性治理;重塑传统的行政文化,协同共赢;完善教育协同制度,创新教育协同体制机制;以信息技术为载体,搭建京津冀教育资源共享平台.

摘要： 建立健全基层党组织是全社会的责任,加强高校党建工作的有效性是保障高校基层党组织建设的基础。与此同时,高校党建工作能否顺利进行与健康发展,与群众的政治素养有着极其密切的联系。这也就意味着高校必须同步推进思想政治教育工作,提高对学生的思想政治教育力度。本文从立足高校党建工作的现状出发,对如何促进高校思政与党建工作的协调发展进行了深入的探究,以期提升高校党建和思想政治教育工作的实效性。

摘要： 建设粤港澳大湾区是新时代推进形成全面开放新格局的重要举措,是国家建设世界级城市群和参与全球竞争的重要载体,探索区域海洋经济协调发展对于建设粤港澳大湾区经济一体化具有重要的推动作用.本文以空间发展理论和经济系统协调理论为基础支撑,以粤港澳大湾区海洋经济协调模式为研究目标,探索出具有时序和空间特征的海洋经济协调模式,在时序上包括点域、点轴和网络型三个发展阶段,在空间上包括粤港澳大湾区中部、东部以及西部的海洋经济空间区域,并设计出各个区域的海洋产业体系及重点海洋产业,最终对粤港澳大湾区的协调衔接的促进手段及方式提出了对策建议.

摘要： 目前,我国农业经济发展仍然处于滞后状态,城乡差距在逐步拉大,我国国民经济和社会发展一直受到这些因素的影响,而且我国要想早日实现小康,最为重要、最为艰巨的工作就在农村,农村的公共服务设施建设是实现农村小康的关键因素。本文从以下几个方面进行阐述,从而使农村公共服务更加完善。

摘要： 实现海水养殖生态经济系统协调发展是“海洋强国”建设的时代任务.本文从生态经济系统的本质出发,对海水养殖生态经济系统进行概念界定与结构划分,并从生态、经济、社会3个子系统总结日本封闭循环水、美国深海网箱和韩国海洋牧场协调发展经验,剖析海水养殖生态经济系统结构性、功能性协调机理.借鉴国外海水养殖生态经济系统协调发展模式,结合中国现阶段海水养殖发展现状,提出中国应修复典型海水养殖区生态环境,规模推广现代型海水养殖方式,合理协调沿海地区人类活动.

摘要： Plans coordination has been given much consideration in recent years. This paper take construction projections as a clue,gave a review of plans coordination. Conclusions include:Firstly,the development of plans coordination can be divided into two periods which are urban plan and land use plan coordination period,and five-year plan,urban plan and land use plan coordination period. Secondly,in terms of function,five-year plan was mostly concerned about type and structure of construction projections,urban plan was mostly concerned about allo-cation and location of construction projections,and land use plan was mostly concerned about the construction land use scale;in terms of process,five-year plan was in charge of pre-review stage of construction projections,urban plan was in charge of site-selection and design stage of construction projections,land use plan was in charge of land approval stage of construction projections. Thirdly,three main patterns of plan coordination were summarized, which include land use plan oriented pattern,urban plan oriented pattern,and plans-coordination plan pattern.%分析和总结了"三规"关系及主要城市"三规合一"的实践工作."三规合一"的发展可分为"两规"衔接和"三规"协调2个阶段."三规"职责关系为:五年规划负责建设项目的类型和结构,城规负责建设项目的选址布局和规划设计,土规负责建设项目的用地规模落实;实施流程关系为:五年规划负责建设项目前期审核阶段的工作,城规负责建设项目的规划选址、设计施工阶段的工作,土规负责建设项目用地审批阶段的工作.现有"三规合一"工作可归纳为依托土规、依托城规和编制"三规合一"规划3种规划协调模式.

摘要： 随着我国经济发展,特别是互联网经济的崛起,承载实体商品的物流业也不断发展壮大.然而,目前物流业的效率和集约化水平并不高,仍有很大提升空间.不同物流系统之间,需要通过有效的接口连接成为一个整体.文中对物流系统接口的协调模式进行分析,为提升物流系统运营效率提供思路.

摘要： 在如今网络化的数字环境下,数字图书馆发展催生了许多的版权协调模式.有依法成立的或已经等到法律认可的法定授权、法定许可、集体管理、版权代理和数字权限管理等协调模式,也有数字图书馆在信息资源开发与利用过程中实践着的授权要约、默示许可、补偿金支付、“共同体”、开放存取和创作共用等多种协调模式.对这些版权协调模式的优势和不足进行系统地比较分析,为探索数字图书馆的多元化版权协调模式提供了参考依据.
