摘要： 本发明涉及一种无耦合系统的C‑mount封装半导体激光泵浦低阈值微片激光器及其控制方法，包括C‑mount封装半导体激光器、增益介质、饱和吸收体；C‑mount封装半导体激光器发射脉冲或者连续泵浦光，直接照射到增益介质中，通过饱和吸收体的可饱和吸收效应控制谐振腔损耗，形成脉冲激光。本发明不经过任何耦合光学系统，直接进入增益介质。由于传播距离较短，泵浦光在增益介质前表面大小可以认为等于在激光器表面的尺寸，保证了增益介质上的泵浦光斑较小，泵浦速率得到了提高，降低了激光器的工作阈值。由于不包含泵浦光耦合系统，大大减小了整机的尺寸，使得激光器更加紧凑。
