摘要:
The nuclear data of n+^(240;242;244)Pu reactions for incident energy below 200 MeV are calculated and evaluated to meet the requirement in the design of an accelerator-driven subcritical system. The optical model is used to calculate the total, nonelastic, shape elastic cross sections, shape elastic scattering angular distributions, and transmission coefficients. The distorted-wave Born approximation is applied to calculate the direct inelastic scatterings to the discrete excited states. The nuclear reaction statistical models and fission theory are applied to describe neutron, proton, deuteron, triton, helium-3, alpha and c emissions, and fission consistently. The results thus obtained are compared with experimental data and the evaluated data obtained from ENDF/B-VII.1 and JENDL-4.0.

摘要:
Developing a molten salt reactor needs molten salt-impermeable nuclear graphite. Ultra-fine grain graphite is a good choice as it is better in permeability than fine grain graphite. In this paper, ultra-fine grain graphite(HPG-510) and fine grain graphite(IG-110) samples are irradiated at room temperature by 7 MeV Xe ions to doses of 1 × 10^(14)-5 × 10^(15) ions/cm^2. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Raman spectroscopy and nano-indentation are used to study the radiation-induced changes. After irradiation of different doses, all the HPG-510 samples show less surface fragment than the IG-110 samples. The TEM and Raman spectra,and the hardness and modulus characterized by nano-indentation, also indicate that HPG-510 is more resistant to irradiation.

摘要:
为满足国内质子治疗的需求,中国原子能科学研究院设计了一台超导质子治疗回旋加速器CYCIAE-230。引出效率是这台加速器的关键指标之一,本文对该加速器引出计算的结果进行了总结,主要工作包括引出轨迹计算和引出元件参数设计。1引出轨迹计算采用多粒子束流跟踪方法,在加速器内200MeV处1πmm·mrad的相椭圆上取点(图1),相宽为20°,计算得到的束流引出效率可达80%以上。

摘要:
Hardening and elemental segregation of T91 martenstic steel irradiated by 10 MeV Cl ions to doses from 0.06 dpa to 0.83 dpa were investigated with the nanoindentation technique and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results demonstrated that the irradiation hardening was closely related with irradiation dose.By increasing the dose,the hardness increased rapidly at first from the initial value of 3.15 GPa before irradiation,and then tended to saturate at a value of 3.58 GPa at the highest dose of 0.83 dpa.Combined with TEM observation,the mechanism of hardening was preliminary attributed to the formation of M(Fe,Cr)_(23)C_6 carbides induced by the high energy Cl-ion irradiation.
