    • 摘要: BACKGROUND Google Trends searches for symptoms and/or diseases may reflect actual disease epidemiology.Recently,Google Trends searches for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)-associated terms have been linked to the epidemiology of COVID-19.Some studies have linked COVID-19 with thyroid disease.AIM To assess COVID-19 cases per se vs COVID-19-associated Google Trends searches and thyroid-associated Google Trends searches.METHODS We collected data on worldwide weekly Google Trends searches regarding“COVID-19”,“severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)”,“coronavirus”,“smell”,“taste”,“cough”,“thyroid”,“thyroiditis”,and“subacute thyroiditis”for 92 wk and worldwide weekly COVID-19 cases'statistics in the same time period.The study period was split in half(approximately corresponding to the preponderance of different SARS-COV-2 virus variants)and in each time period we performed cross-correlation analysis and mediation analysis.RESULTS Significant positive cross-correlation function values were noted in both time periods.More in detail,COVID-19 cases per se were found to be associated with no lag with Google Trends searches for COVID-19 symptoms in the first time period and in the second time period to lead searches for symptoms,COVID-19 terms,and thyroid terms.COVID-19 cases per se were associated with thyroidrelated searches in both time periods.In the second time period,the effect of“COVID-19”searches on“thyroid”searches was significantly mediated by COVID-19 cases(P=0.048).CONCLUSION Searches for a non-specific symptom or COVID-19 search terms mostly lead Google Trends thyroid-related searches,in the second time period.This time frame/sequence particularly in the second time period(noted by the preponderance of the SARSCOV-2 delta variant)lends some credence to associations of COVID-19 cases per se with(apparent)thyroid disease(via searches for them).

    • 摘要: The abrupt aperiodic modulation of cosmic ray(CR)flux intensity,often referred to as Forbush decrease(FD),plays a significant role in our understanding of the Sun-Earth electrodynamics.Accurate and precise determinations of FD magnitude and timing are among the intractable problems in FD-based analysis.FD identification is complicated by CR diurnal anisotropy.CR anisotropy can increase or reduce the number and amplitude of FDs.It is therefore important to remove its contributions from CR raw data before FD identification.Recently,an attempt was made,using a combination of the Fourier transform technique and FD-location machine,to address this.Thus,two FD catalogs and amplitude diurnal variation(ADV)were calculated from filtered(FD1 and ADV)and raw(FD2)CR data.In the current work,we test the empirical relationship between FD1,FD2,ADV and solar-geophysical characteristics.Our analysis shows that two types of magnetic fields-interplanetary and geomagnetic(Dst)-govern the evolution of CR flux intensity reductions.

    • 摘要: The knowledge graph(KG) that represents structural relations among entities has become an increasingly important research field for knowledge-driven artificial intelligence. In this survey, a comprehensive review of KG and KG reasoning is provided. It introduces an overview of KGs, including representation, storage, and essential technologies. Specifically, it summarizes several types of knowledge reasoning approaches, including logic rules-based, representation-based, and neural network-based methods. Moreover, this paper analyzes the representation methods of knowledge hypergraphs. To effectively model hyper-relational data and improve the performance of knowledge reasoning, a three-layer knowledge hypergraph model is proposed. Finally, it analyzes the advantages of three-layer knowledge hypergraphs through reasoning and update algorithms which could facilitate future research.

    • 摘要: The design of evolutionary approaches has a vital role in the recent development of scientific literature.To tackle highly nonlinear complex problems,nonlinear ordinary differential equations,partial differential equations,stochastic differential equations,and many more may called computational algorithms.The rotavirus causes may include severe diarrhea,vomiting,and fever leading to rapid dehydration.By the report of the World Health Organization(WHO),approximately 600,000 children die worldwide each year,80 percent of whom live in developing countries.Two million children are hospitalized each year.In Asia,up to 45 percent of the children hospitalized for diarrhea may be infected with rotavirus.The rotavirus model is categorized into five-compartment like susceptible(S),breastfeeding(M),vaccinated(V),infected(I),and recovered children(R).Positivity,boundedness,equilibria,reproduction number,and stability results are part of the qualitative analysis of the model.After that,the design of the evolutionary approaches on the model predicts the efficiency,visualization,long-term behavior of the disease,and best results of the rotavirus disease.In the end,evolutionary computations are an appropriate tool for double-checking the qualitative examination of the model.

    • 摘要: We study the evolution of the configuration entropy of HI distribution in the post-reionization era assuming different time evolution of HI bias.We describe time evolution of linear bias of HI distribution using a simple form b(a)=b_(0)a^(n) with different index n.The derivative of the configuration entropy rate is known to exhibit a peak at the scale factor corresponding to theΛ-matter equality in the unbiasedΛCDM model.We show that in theΛCDM model with time-dependent linear bias,the peak shifts to smaller scale factors for negative values of n.This is related to the fact that the growth of structures in the HI density field can significantly slow down even before the onset ofΛdomination in the presence of a strong time evolution of the HI bias.We find that the shift is linearly related to the index n.We obtain the best fit relation between these two parameters and propose that identifying the location of this peak from observations would allow us to constrain the time evolution of HI bias within the framework of theΛCDM model.

    • 摘要: The teaching methods that have a great influence on foreign language in China are:Grammar Translation Method,the Direct Method,Audiolingual Method,and the Communicative Approach.China has not yet had its own complete set of foreign language teaching system and the introduction and promotion of various teaching methods is not combined with the national conditions.When a teaching method is popular,other teaching methods are extremely rejected.Thus,China does not have a set of foreign language teaching theories with Chinese characteristics,theoretical innovation,and practical effectiveness.In the author’s opinion,to some extent,all theories,methods,and teaching techniques of SLA are relatively effective.However,all are incomplete and insufficient.The author has been thinking whether we can combine all theories and methods in an integrated way;thus we are possibly approaching to eclecticism.The key point to eclecticism is not to go to extremes,draw the benefits of established methods,and flexibly adopt various methods according to the specific situations to cultivate listening,speaking,reading,and writing skills.The author has surveyed the application of an eclectic approach suitable for Chinese learners.It would be helpful to Chinese learners.It is not contradictory to theory.On the contrary we need seek cooperation with theorists to work out a theoretical and practical approach.The research methods of this paper are inductive,deductive,critical,and analytical ones,specifically,methods of experience and literature review,critical perspectives,and analytical suggestions.The conclusion of this paper is the understanding of eclecticism in some aspects.

    • 摘要: The thermal issue is of great importance during the layout design of heat source components in systems engineering,especially for high functional-density products.Thermal analysis requires complex simulation,which leads to an unaffordable computational burden to layout optimization as it iteratively evaluates different schemes.Surrogate modeling is an effective method for alleviating computation complexity.However,the temperature field prediction(TFP)with complex heat source layout(HSL)input is an ultra-high dimensional nonlinear regression problem,which brings great difficulty to traditional regression models.The deep neural network(DNN)regression method is a feasible way for its good approximation performance.However,it faces great challenges in data preparation for sample diversity and uniformity in the layout space with physical constraints and proper DNN model selection and training for good generality,which necessitates the efforts of layout designers and DNN experts.To advance this cross-domain research,this paper proposes a DNN-based HSL-TFP surrogate modeling task benchmark.With consideration for engineering applicability,sample generation,dataset evaluation,DNN model,and surrogate performance metrics are thoroughly investigated.Experiments are conducted with ten representative state-of-the-art DNN models.A detailed discussion on baseline results is provided,and future prospects are analyzed for DNN-based HSL-TFP tasks.
