    • 摘要: Metal pollution has become an major issue governing the wetland ecosystem health.The southern coastal wetland of the Qiangtang Estuary are facing unusual perturbation due to rapid development along the embayment in recent decades.This study evaluated the bioavailability of metals(Cu,Pb,Cd,Cr and Zn)in the sediment of the southern coastal wetland of the Qiangtang Es-tuary using diffusive gradients in thin films(DGT)techniques and compared with several methods based on total metal content.The results showed that the contents of Cr,Pb,Cd and Cu in sediment,as detected using DGT,were considerably correlated with the exchangeable fraction and the content in Phragmites australis roots,while a weak correlation was observed for Zn.Therefore,DGT analysis could be used to evaluate the bioavailability and potential risk of Cr,Cd,Pb and Cu for P.australis.Quantitative indices,such as DGT concentration,bioaccumulation in P.australis,geoaccumulation index(Igeo)and potential ecological risk index(RI),revealed that Cd was a major potential ecological risk factor along the southern coast wetland of the Qiantang Estuary,especially in the upstream region,which is potentially more vulnerable to the anthropogenic pollution.

    • 摘要: 真实感图形学就是利用光照、阴影及物体之间的交互模拟出一个真实的虚拟世界。渲染(Rendering)是图形学的研究重点,它是根据着色器、纹理等提供的数据信息通过信息处理的方式所生成的矢量图像,依据渲染方式的不同可分为实时渲染和离线渲染,文章将实时渲染中实时性和离线渲染中光线追踪算法结合起来,并使用Metal图形API实现了一个全局光照模型,最终达到了高精度且实时的渲染效果。

    • 摘要: Some metal elements,especially trace elements,have obvious nutritional and physiological functions on the human body,which can promote the growth and development of the body,regulate the function of the body and maintain the metabolism of the human body.Compared with the elements in the form of inorganic salts,metal chelating peptides are more easily absorbed by the human body.Metal chelating peptides efficiently provide various trace elements necessary for life activities,have antioxidant,antibacterial and other biological activities,and have broad application prospects in food,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.In this paper,the methods of preparation,separation and purification of metal chelating peptides from animals and plants were reviewed,the structure-activity relationship and antioxidant activity of metal chelating peptides were analyzed,and the development prospect of metal chelating peptides was prospected.

    • 摘要: Adsorption of heavy metal ions on chitosan-based adsorbents has been extensively investigated.However,few studies explored the feasibility of desorbing and regenerating chitosan.Adsorbents used after adsorption of heavy metals are discarded,and this practice exacerbates the solid treatment problem.Regeneration and reuse of exhausted adsorbents should be considered to operate environment-friendly and cost-effective adsorption.This review was performed to summarize the desorption of heavy metal ions and possible regeneration of chitosan-based adsorbents using various desorption agents such as acids,alkalis,salts,and chelating agents.It was found that the highest desorption efficiencies were obtained by acidic eluents.The percentage use of desorption agents for desorbing followed the order of acids(49.3%)>chelators(26.9%)>alkalis(14.9%)>salts(8.9%).Moreover,the proper desorption time was estimated to be 0.84 by 1.37 h.The beneficial information is provided for the regeneration and recovery of chitosan adsorbents.

    • 摘要: As an important class of inorganic-organic hybrid materials, metal phosphonates can exhibit versatile structures, interesting functions and high water and thermal stabilities. Despite a large number of metal phosphonates reported in the past two decades,the development of chiral metal phosphonates is still in its infancy. This review summarizes the current status in this topical field including the synthetic strategies, the crystal structures of chiral metal phosphonates reported thus far, and their physical and chemical properties. Future challenges in this promising field are also discussed.

    • 摘要: Malignant gastric outlet obstruction(MGOO)is a clinical condition characterized by the mechanical obstruction of the pylorus or the duodenum due to tumor compression/infiltration,with consequent reduction or impossibility of an adequate oral intake.MGOO is mainly secondary to advanced pancreatic or gastric cancers,and significantly impacts on patients’survival and quality of life.Patients suffering from this condition often present with intractable vomiting and severe malnutrition,which further compromise therapeutic chances.Currently,palliative strategies are based primarily on surgical gastrojejunostomy and endoscopic enteral stenting with self-expanding metal stents.Several studies have shown that surgical approach has the advantage of a more durable relief of symptoms and the need of fewer re-interventions,at the cost of higher procedure-related risks and longer hospital stay.On the other hand,enteral stenting provides rapid clinical improvement,but have the limit of higher stent dysfunction rate due to tumor ingrowth and a subsequent need of frequent reinterventions.Recently,a third way has come from interventional endoscopic ultrasound,through the development of endoscopic ultrasound-guided gastroenterostomy technique with lumen-apposing metal stent.This new technique may ideally encompass the minimal invasiveness of an endoscopic procedure and the long-lasting effect of the surgical gastrojejunostomy,and brought encouraging results so far,even if prospective comparative trial are still lacking.In this Review,we described technical aspects and clinical outcomes of the above-cited therapeutic approaches,and discussed the open questions about the current management of MGOO.

    • 摘要: Melatonin,as a ubiquitous indoleamine hormone,is synthesized primarily by the pineal gland.It has diverse biological effects through quite complex mechanisms.More recently,studies have focused on the mechanism of melatonin in anti-reproductive toxicity/damage.Since melatonin possesses strong antioxidant and anti-apoptotic properties,researchers have examined its potential role in protecting against male reproductive toxicity/damage,which may be induced by chemotherapy or environmental toxicants and can lead to male infertility.In this article,recent progress regarding the protective effects of melatonin on male reproductive toxicity/damage is reviewed.

    • 摘要: The distinguished electronic and optical properties of lead halide perovskites(LHPs)make them good candidates for active layer in optoelectronic devices.Integrating LHPs and two-dimensional(2 D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)provides opportunities for achieving increased performance in heterostructured LHPs/TMDs based optoelectronic devices.The electronic structures of LHPs/TMDs heterostructures,such as the band offsets and interfacial interaction,are of fundamental and technological interest.Here CsPbBr3 and MoSe2 are taken as prototypes of LHPs and 2 D TMDs to investigate the band alignment and interfacial coupling between them.Our GGA-PBE and HSE06 calculations reveal an intrinsic type-II band alignment between CsPbBr3 and MoSe2.This type-II band alignment suggests that the performance of CsPbBr3-based photodetectors can be improved by incorporating MoSe2 monolayer.Furthermore,the absence of deep defect states at CsPbBr3/MoSe2 interfaces is also beneficial to the better performance of photodetectors based on CsPbBr3/MoSe2 heterostructure.This work not only offers insights into the improved performance of photodetectors based on LHPs/TMDs heterostructures but it also provides guidelines for designing high-efficiency optoelectronic devices based on LHPs/TMDs heterostructures.

    • 摘要: The sanitary and environmental challenges posed by an ever growing economically and geographically diverse human population include the need for sustainable, inexpensive, scalable, and decentralized water treatment technologies that can supplement or replace conventional treatment methods. These challenges can be met by semiconductor photocatalysis, especially if the process is driven by visible light energy. Visible-light active (VLA) photocatalysis, as opposed to traditional energy-intensive and chemically driven disinfection methods such as ozonation, UV irradiation and chlorination, has the potential for achieving high disinfection efficiency with low energy consumption and no harmful by-products. This technology generates in-situ reactive oxygen species (ROS) such as H2O2, and?, without the need for chemicals addition. In turn, ROS are capable of penetrating cell walls and membranes of microorganisms, effectively inactivating them. Although multiple types of VLA photocatalysts have been used experimentally for disinfection of water, noble-metal-based photocatalysts have gained the most interest due to their surface plasma resonance (SPR) effect, which acts synergistically to increase the disinfection potential of the photocatalytic process. This paper is a review of the different types of noble-metal-based VLA photocatalysts used for water disinfection in different experimental settings, their synthesis procedures and disinfection mechanisms. It also discusses innovative approaches to overcome a major hurdle in photocatalysis, that is, the rapid recombination of the electron and hole pair, by including specific dopants into the structure of the photocatalyst.
    • 摘要: The manufacture by arc furnace technology of various fused metal oxides, such as for example fused zirconia, fused alumina-zirconia or brown fused and semi-friable alumina, affords furnace dusts as a byproduct. The present invention relates to investment casting moulds comprising the furnace dust, wherein said furnace dust comprises ZrO2 and/or Al2O3. The invention provides a way of recycling said furnace dusts. The present invention also provides investment casting moulds comprising a metal oxide dust comprising ZrO2 and one or more materials selected from alumina, silica and aluminosilicate, and wherein said metal oxide dust has a d50 of 10 μm or less. The invention also provides compositions for the production of investment casting moulds, the use of dusts in the formation of investment casting moulds, and the use of investment casting moulds of the invention. The investment casting moulds according to the present invention had improved or equivalent strength, and improved or better solids levels than those according to the state of the art. Furthermore, the formation process was quicker.
