The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has caused a surge in demand for face masks,with the massive consumption of masks leading to an increase in resource-related and environmental con-cerns.In this work,we fabricated meltblown polypropylene(mb-PP)-based high-performance planar face masks and investigated the effects of six commonly used disinfection methods and various mask-wearing periods on the reusability of these masks.The results show that,after three cycles of treatment using hot water at 70°C for 30 min,which is one of the most scalable,user-friendly methods for viral disinfection,the particle filtration efficiency(PFE)of the mask remained almost unchanged.After mask wearing for 24 h and subsequent disinfection using the same treatment procedures,the PFE decreased to 91.3%;the average number of bacterial and fungal colonies was assessed to be 9.2 and 51.6 colony-forming units per gram(CFU∙g^(-1)),respectively;and coliform and pyogenic bacteria were not detected.Both the PFE and the microbial indicators are well above the standard for reusable masks after disinfection.Schlieren pho-tography was then used to assess the capabilities of used and disinfected masks during use;it showed that the masks exhibit a high performance in suppressing the spread of breathed air.

摘要:
为了解决场景理解在无标签数据时难以适用的情况,以及无监督学习的场景理解存在的鲁棒性差、未能满足多任务需求等缺点,基于Mask R-CNN、struct2depth、SfMLearner模型,通过模型训练、图像预处理、多任务耦合等方法,用拍摄的实景视频验证模型效果,并和原模型处理结果作对比。实验结果表明,进行预处理后的图像结果前景轮廓更加清晰,我们的模型实现了多任务的场景理解,而原模型仅实现了单一任务。改进的无监督学习多任务场景理解算法不仅提升了鲁棒性,而且直接反映了物体到相机的距离,同时提高了深度估计的精度。

针对交通监控视频车辆检测常易受到遮挡导致目标车辆出现漏检或误检的问题,提出一种基于改进Mask R-CNN的交通监控视频车辆检测算法.采用基于bottleneck结构的主干网络,提高主干网络提取特征的能力;通过基于预测mask分数的掩码分支,融合目标的类别分数和掩码质量分数,提高车辆的掩码质量;通过基于Arcface Loss的目标检测损失函数设计,提高不同特征之间的可判别性,提高目标的检测精度.实验结果表明,改进的Mask R-CNN模型可更好地检测到被遮挡的车辆,目标车辆的检测精度超过Faster R-CNN、YOLO v3和Mask R-CNN模型,可解决目标车辆漏检或误检问题.

Aiming at the land cover (features) recognition of outdoor sports venues (football field, basketball court, tennis court and baseball field), this paper proposed a set of object recognition methods and technical flow based on Mask R-CNN. Firstly, through the preprocessing of high spatial resolution remote sensing imagery (HSRRSI) and collecting the artificial samples of outdoor sports venues, the training data set required for object recognition of land cover features was constructed. Secondly, the Mask R-CNN was used as the basic training model to be adapted to cope with outdoor sports venues. Thirdly, the recognition results were compared with the four object-oriented machine learning classification methods in eCognition®. The experiment results of effectiveness verification show that the Mask R-CNN is superior to traditional methods not only in technical procedures but also in outdoor sports venues (football field, basketball court, tennis court and baseball field) recognition results, and it achieves the precision of 0.8927, a recall of 0.9356 and an average precision of 0.9235. Finally, from the aspect of practical engineering application, using and validating the well-trained model, an empirical application experiment was performed on the HSRRSI of Xicheng and Daxing District of Beijing respectively, and the generalization ability of the trained model of Mask R-CNN was thoroughly evaluated.
